These Payment Terms explain the payment options for OTTUNI pre-orders placed on ottuni.com.

$10 reservation option

A $10 reservation secures your selected edition and gives you 5% off the selected chair price. The $10 paid today is credited toward the discounted purchase total; it is not an additional fee.

Remaining payment

When your selected edition is ready for the next payment step, we will email purchase instructions or a secure payment link. The remaining balance equals the discounted purchase total, less the $10 reservation credit. The balance must be paid before the chair can ship.

Pay-in-full option

If you choose to pay in full, the 10% full-payment discount is applied automatically at checkout. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged today, excluding any applicable taxes or separately disclosed charges.

Taxes, currency, and shipping

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping availability, timing, and any shipping charges are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a pre-order before shipment for a full refund of everything paid, including the $10 reservation payment or a full pre-order payment. After shipment, our Refund Policy applies. Additional purchase terms are available in our Terms of Sale.
