Is this a finished product or a custom chair?
For this launch, OTTUNI is focused on finished embroidered editions. A custom studio is not part of the current preorder flow.
How does the preorder work?
Choose a chair variant, select the available Downpay deposit option, and review the checkout terms before payment.
When will orders ship?
The current estimated ship window is Q4 2026. Final timing should be confirmed in the shipping and preorder terms before public launch.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation and refund rules are shown in the store policies and at checkout. Please review them before placing a preorder.
